This workshop is designed for amateurs and coffee aficionados alike. Students will learn how coffee gets from its country of origin to their cup, how to pull a quality shot of espresso and how to steam milk to industry standards. Students will take part in a hands-on brewing experience working with the Breville Barista Express Espresso Machine and will have the opportunity to explore and work on a professional quality espresso machine. Together the class will explore how to produce common drinks such as Cortado, Cappuccino and Latte, in addition to discussing best practices and ways to troubleshoot common problems.
