Waterbury Arts Fest
More than 100 artists and vendors fill the Arts Market joined by live music, food vendors and family-friendly activities.
The 25th annual Waterbury Arts Fest and Block Party will take place July 10-11 on Railroad Street behind the historic train station in downtown Waterbury.
On Saturday, more than 100 artists and vendors will fill the Arts Market on the lawn at Pilgrim Park. Visitors can browse and shop for handmade art and crafts, participate in family-friendly activities at MakerSphere's Creation Station, browse a silent auction featuring artwork donated by participating artists, savor offerings from local food vendors, and take in a full lineup of live entertainment. The Green Mountain Performing Arts dancers will kick off the festivities at 10:00 a.m., followed by performances from Season of Yes, Pluto Rising, and Folderol. The day concludes with Soulstice, whose high-energy bend of ska and reggae provides a fitting festival finale.
